Painting

Did a great job painting our bedroom window bay ceiling which had a damp issue. Mark used excellent paints and did a tidy and clean job. Excellent customer service and value.

He fixed the leak

After discovering water dripping from the ceiling in my lounge, I promptly contacted a plumber. Mark Wodrow came to assess the problem and identified the faulty pipework. He fixed the leak and carried out a temporary repair to the water-damaged ceiling. He worked diligently, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail while completing the repair. I would highly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience with Mark. Lovingly restored, prepared and painted my entire house with painstakingly detail, time and effort. Regularly going out of his way with minor plastering, woodwork and sanding, Cant say enough good things as to his professionalism and would work weekends and deliver on out of scope matters. Spoke to him so much via WhatsApp and voice notes that my wife suspected an affair but the communication was amazing. He was a custodian of my house, kept it watertight and dry and look forward to working with him again. Treats your home like it's his own and I'm so happy about it.

Painting three rooms in a family home

Mark and his team were a pleasure to have working in our home - cheerful, easy to talk to, and open to suggestions. Repainted all rooms in my flat

Mark and his team (Tyler and Joe) have skillfully repainted all of the rooms in my flat.
Why would I recommend the Heatons Painter?

* Brilliant communication pre, during and post the job. Mark frequently explained what he was doing, and checked in with me regularly to make sure that I was happy with what had been done.
* The team were friendly and courteous throughout. Their professionalism really shone through too.
* The quote reflected the quality of work and the carefully chosen materials used on the job.
* The team worked diligently and efficiently to get a lot of work done in a short space of time.
* The team went above and beyond my expectations. Mark provided some solid ideas on the minor tweaks that could be made to improve the overall look for potential purchasers. For example, removing picture hooks and filling the holes.

Above and beyond

We employed the Heatons Painter, to replace our toilet and bathroom washbasin, tile the toilet and bathroom floors, and generally refurbish the two areas. Having all this work done in the bathroom and toilet is never going to be a fun and enjoyable experience, and it wasn't! Thankfully Mark was in charge and maintained a positive, cheerful, mood throughout while battling several unexpected problems directly and indirectly concerned with the actual work. Mark worked long, hard, days to get the job completed in good time. It was completed to a very high standard, despite the difficulties. Mark is respectful, friendly, absolutely honest, and a highly skilled worker.
